V2IMG_7766 Rock Lobster & Samuel Adams Lobster Shack

Samuel Adams helped lead the craft beer revolution, reviving a passion for full-bodied brews that are robust and rich with character. Following his great-great grandfather’s recipe for a rich, amber lager, founder and brewer Jim Koch used only traditional brewing processes, as well as the finest ingredients to brew his Samuel Adams Boston Lager. Today, Samuel Adams is known for its brewing innovation and variety of quality brews, as well as its excellence as a food pairing or ingredient.

Chef Matt Dean Pettit and his Rock Lobster crew teaming up Samuel Adams have created a lobster shack and are hosting an urban east coast party all weekend.

Rock Lobster Food Co. from pop-up to two bustling restaurants, has become Canada’s first lobster centric food company, making it more accessible for Canadians to enjoy lobster on a regular basis. Matt will be serving up Toronto’s tastes dishes, a classic lobster boil, their famous lobster rolls and delicious lobster tacos. “Our Lobster Boil is about seafood at its finest, it’s about being fun and approachable. Put on your lobster bib and dig in with us.”

You can also catch Matt cooking up his favourites at the GE Monogram Stage.
