Nadia Giosia is the host of Bitchin’ Kitchen and the author of best-selling cookbook, ‘Bitchin’ Kitchen Cookbook: Rock Your Kitchen - And Let The Boys Clean Up The Mess’.
She’s young, funny and can cook up a storm in 3-inch stiletto heels. On Bitchin’ Kitchen, funny bad-girl Nadia G whips up the perfect blend of food and humour for any occasion. Her focus is on accessible cuisine, fresh organic ingredients and a hands-on approach that will inspire hip audiences to rock the kitchen.
Trained at the culinary institute of Hard Wooden Spoon Whacks, Nadia G grew up in a boisterous Italian family who never quite gave up the belief that Casalinga-style cuisine is the centre of the universe. “You don’t have to look far to taste some of the best food the world has to offer; I’d sic my grandmother on a three-star Michelin chef any day,” she says.
Nadia G is based in Montreal and was an early pioneer of online skit comedy. She ran a boutique web 2.0 strategy, design and branding studio, but something was missing — the food. So she decided to have her cake…and design it, brand it, write it, produce it and eat it too.
