Nathan Middleton (aka ‘Tasty Nate’) is the Chef de Cuisine at Home of the Brave restaurant in Toronto. Nathan has been, formerly, the OG Sous Chef at La Carnita. Nathan’s culinary career is rooted in French cuisine as he completed the French Culinary program at George Brown and, later, spent time in France at The Institute of Paul Bocuse, and then in Montreal at ITHQ. Nathan went on to work under Chef Jamie Kennedy for a number of years; he worked as the Sous Chef at Bar One and banged out mini-Macs at 416 Snack Bar. Tasty Nate’s philosophy is all about originality, big flavours and keepin’ it tasty. If it couldn’t get any better, he is also a ginger.
