A graduate of George Brown College, Trista Sheen began her career at Toronto’s Scaramouche restaurant in 2001. After working for six years as chef de partie, Trista went on to spend two years travelling while studying with Michelin starred chefs at some of the most esteemed restaurants in the world. Trista spent a year in the UK, where she completed stages at Tom Aikens, The Capitol Hotel and The Fat Duck. In 2008 Trista left London for Sydney, Australia where she worked at Pello and glass brasserie. After returning to Toronto, Trista joined CRUSH Wine Bar as their sous chef in 2010 and moved into the role of Executive Chef in 2012
