Taste Canada Cooks the Books is a cooking competition that invites 10 teams of culinary students from across the nation to compete for the title of Canada’s Best New Student Chef. Each team is paired with a Canadian culinary author to prepare a recipe from their new book. The competition is an exciting 2 day event at The Delicious Food Show and the winners will be announced on October 20th at the Taste Canada Fundraising Gala held at the Arcadian Court.
